Okay, I know I fail lately at posting my training schedule. :( Catching up today.
6/10/11 - Skip day.
6/11/11 - Hiked 5 miles with the dogs.
6/12/11 - Friends birthday. Decided it'd be a skip day and Spent it celebrating.
6/13 & 6/14/11 - Was sick. Stayed home in bed. Lesson learned. If you are able, you probably should work out.
6/15/11 - Still felt like crap, after work slept.
6/16/11 - Swam for 55 minutes.
